Fifteen years ago, while traveling in India, Scott received a vision: the Aashrum is a place where artists can come to heal, create transformative music, and find a fresh start.
Over five years, this studio was prayerfully and meticulously built to embody that purpose. Here, artists are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and dive deep into their art, whether for two weeks or a full month.
The retreat is designed to provide both the solitude and the inspiration needed to create music that speaks to the soul.
Aashrum has already been a creative home for artists such as The Japanese House, Bethel Music, KRS-One, Simone Parker, My Brightest Diamond, and many more. These musicians have tapped into the power of this space, producing music that transcends boundaries and makes an impact on the world.

Bring what you would normally want to bring for a recording session. Check out our inventory list and reach out if you have any questions about our gear.
If you're staying overnight, pack personal belongings for that as well. We have a bathroom, towels, and kitchenette for you to use.
